gotta swim Oval Classic Round Sticker

Paid extra for two day shipping only to get stickers that were cut incorrectly by the machine...half of the oval was cut off. In addition, I ordered one sheet of "Gotta Swim" and one sheet of "Swim", but got two sheets of "Swim", both of which were defective. Where's the quality control? The entire order was messed up! Then I received no reply to my request for a refund of just the extra that I paid for two-day shipping, and was only told that my replacement stickers should arrive in a timely manner.?? I needed them, and paid to get them, almost two weeks ago! The printing was great, the cutting was completely messed up
