I was searching for a "grandma" mug for a new grandma and I found this was a nice, not corny, mug choice. The colors are nice and the overall printing and finish quality are good. I will admit the size of the mug itself, for the price that was paid, was too small for my total satisfaction. Granted it is a custom item so I will just accept that. I found selecting the final product on the website somewhat confusing and ended up not really sure what size I ordered. In addition the gift option never came up, so I had to have someone intercept the package to remove the paperwork. I tried to go on line to correct that issue but did see where I could do that. Even the picture for this review says custom 11oz and then 15 oz customized.

I loved designing this mug using images stored on Zazzle. Was able to choose the font for the name and uplaod a background for behind the name, and a fabulous image of a black and white horse. It came out beautifully well and I was well pleased.
