The promenade at the town of Grange-over-Sands in Cumbria follows along the shore of the Morecambe Bay. On the edge of the beautiful Lake District, Grange-over-Sands grew up in the mid-nineteenth century when the railway arrived. The tide is not usually this high, so this charming photo image captures an unusual sight of sea water up to the wall instead of the grass and sand.
