The quality of the product was great and as expected. However, the first one sent was lost by USPS. I contacted Zazzle Support and they replaced the lost item even though the loss was not their fault. Not only did they not charge me for the replacement, they did not charge for the expedited shipping charges. The on-line support was prompt and friendly! Thanks Zazzle! The printing and the quality of the paper were great!

I ordered this and it came out great however the other products ordered came on a different kind of paper that is see through and not thick quality like this poster. Product is good not amazing.

Didn't realise this was £40 on such flimsy paper. The poster was sent in a tube, but the poster was damaged and is not usable for the wedding. The print is nice enough but not worth the money (£40) spent for a printed piece of paper. The corner is damaged. I'd be happy with a refund but that's not an option (it seems).
