    Well, after waiting about 3 weeks i finally received the mug. My address was not complete so it was partially my fault, but i felt like UPS could have still delivered it because we live in a tiny community and have had many things delivered here. With all that said, zazzle support was very helpful and expedited another order that came really quickly. The mug is very nice quality and i assumed the printing would be stamped on the surface, but its like it is inside the porcelain somehow. The mug is beautiful! I am very pleased.
