I ordered a personalized card for a friend for her 90th birthday. The card from Zazzle was beautifully printed and just as I had ordered, but it was mangled by the post office and not useable. I contacted customer service and they not only sent another card, but had it special delivered so that I got it in time for my event. They went above and beyond any customer service satisfaction that I have had before. I appreciate their quick response to my problem, and will definitely order more items from them! This card is great fun and good quality. I loved the humour inside and on the back. There is the opportunity to change the orientation of this card from landscape to portrait, which I did. It is relatively straightforward to amend the typeface to fit the new orientation. It was well packaged with no plastic. The printing on this card is excellent.
