Grey Wolf Wildlife Photography Magnet

A recent photograph taken while hiking with nearby wolves this Summer (2008). "Wilderness Child" epitomises to me, the gentle nature of the Grey Wolf when in its natural habitat and feeling unthreatened by humans. This beautiful grey male wasn't concerned about us at all as we explored the Kicking Horse area in B.C. on one of our many hikes in the region. I also wanted to share a poem to accompany this display as it speaks of my goal to contribute to saving wilderness creatures such as these and of protecting our precious environment.
