Fairly easy to make, easy to order, the sizing of the pictures was a bit tricky and I had to start over a time it two, but I finally figured it out. After that it was a cinch. And VERY well packed. The image quality is great. Not at all grainy as I've seen others turn out. These will be keepsakes hotshot for years. We are giving them out instead of our Christmas cards this year. Shorter list of course!
