"On Good Authority" is a piece of digital art created by drawing hundreds of freehand circles with a Wacom digital tablet, in different sizes, crowded together to cover the surface. Then each was filled with colour - mostly blues, purples, and greys - before an array of textures and layer effects were added in Photoshop. If river rocks and constellations had a baby.
