Happy Funny Cat Folk T Shirt
This fun t shirt for kids and grown ups is designed for lovers of vintage cat art, cat owners and admirers of famous English cat artist Louis Wain (1860 - 1939). The illustration is called "Happy Funny Folk" and was the front cover of the 1919 book "Happy Funny Book." The illustration features a happy seaside scene with a jester cat dressed in clown's clothes complete with stripey red trousers, big silly shoes and a red spotted bow tie. He's obvously very sophisticated as he's also wearing a monacle as he strums his banjo to entertain a motley crew of kittens. We've digitally altered the image so that our star cat looks almost as if he is dancing out of the shirt - one of his big feet and ears are outside the main frame. A great t shirt for anyone who appreciates vintage cat art and who enjoy fun images of cats.

Good quality t-shirt, I didn't expect too much but it's good quality, matched the invites for my sons party and he absolutely loved opening this on his big day. Went straight to school with it, too! Print looks very good, vibrant colours, washing very well, too. I don't tumble dry tshirts so can't comment on that. Lovely idea for a birthday child!
