The picture of the patch on the man is obviously AI generated, as it is not behind his ear, it is both behind and on top.... not how a patch would be worn. I would like a refund or a new banner made with an accurate representation of the patch. Thanks, Paula.

Beautiful!! I purchased this for my daughter’s wedding. My daughter and I opened it together. You need 2 people to open it because it’s retractable so you need to use muscle to open it. Well worth the money. I will be purchasing another one for my other daughter. I have 2 daughters marrying 2 mths apart so Zazzle has been my main site in ordering. Much cheaper than Etsy because I have been comparing prices.
