Healthy Eating Easy Portion Control Paper Plate

This plate, rimmed with proactive terms, offers an easy way to begin eating better and more mindfully. Simply make half of each meal non-starchy vegetables and/or fruits (fill the green section of the plate), one-quarter of each meal grains or starchy vegetables (fill the beige section), and one-quarter of each meal a protein (fill the salmon-coloured section). Use fats sparingly, stay away from refined sugars, and drink plenty of water and non-sugary liquids. You'll soon be on your way to better nutrition and a healthier life.
