Herbes de Provence, Lavender, Thyme, Oregano Tile
Herbes de Provence, a popular blend of aromatic herbs from southwest France used by chefs to flavour meats, fish, soups, stews and vegetables.
Combine whole dried herbs:
2 Tbsp. Thyme leaves
1 Tbsp. Oregano leaves
1 Tbsp. Rosemary leaves
1 Tbsp. Lavender flowers
Add 1Tbsp. cracked Fennel seeds
Mix well and store in an airtight jar in a dark cool spot. To use, rub blend between fingers to crush leaves and release fragrance. It is especially tasty sprinkled on grilled meats, tomatoes and zucchini. Enjoy!
