The herbs pictured on the front of this grocery tote bag -- parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme -- are taken from an Old English Folk Song entitled Scarborough Fair. This song was later rewritten and made popular by musicians Simon and Garfunkel. Each bunch of herbs is colored in the appropriate shade of green, depicted as tied with strands of rafia, and labeled with the name of the herb.
