Highland "Coo" Tote Bag
Long-horned Highland Scottish cattle or "Heilan Coos" in the Gaelic, have long wavy coats in many colours: black, brindle, red, yellow, white, silver (with a black nose) or dun. They are raised primarily for their meat which is regarded as of the highest quality as it is lower in cholesterol than other varieties of beef. These cattle originated in the Highlands and Western Isles of Scotland and were first mentioned in the 6th century AD.
