This is one of my favourite paintings, it's titled "The Four Knights of The Forest Festival." I painted it from a photograph that I took when I was at the Forest Festival on Chingford Plains in the UK. The festival is put on every year and it celebrates all things to do with the historic Epping Forest. On two of the years that we attended we were lucky enough to see the re-enactment of a traditional joust between four knights, each knight was representing his "kingdom." I captured the photograph as the knights were parading around the jousting area and I couldn’t wait to paint it. The Black Knight went on to achieve a glorious victory over the other three knights. I’m sure this original art greeting card with it's simple and open message to Dad will bring whatever the occasion. The original painting is worked in soft pastel.

It’s ok. I looks like a card I could have printed at home. The website said there should be an envelope include but no envelope was given which is very disappointing. It’s ok. Nothing better than I could have printed at home and had I have know this I would have printed at home.
