I have purchased this shirt in at last 20 designs and it does run extremely small. Im 150 lbs and I do the 2x. I like my shirts long enough, my biggest complaint is they used ti have such pretty colors. Burgundy, deep purple and pinks, hunter and green. The new stuff is boring. Just black, blue, grey white and maybe a pale pink. Printing has always been flawless. Only time I request a refund was for size after it shrank
