Hometown Jersey Shore Notebook

The Jersey Shore has beaches, boardwalks, amusement parks with carousels and ferris wheels. It’s where you can watch the Mayor’s Cup Regatta on the Navesink River, walk through authentic colonial or Victorian houses, build a sandcastle in the annual contest or marvel at the sky filled with colour at the Hot Air Balloon Festival. Avalon, Belmar, Red Bank, Keansburg, Cape May or Asbury Park are little more than zip codes because when you live here, the Shore is your hometown.
