Honu Sea Turtle Hawaiian Tapa Indigo Flip Flops

Indigo Tonal and white colorway. Ancient Samoan tapas are the inspiration for this primitive honu (turtle) design used in the Polynesian and Hawaiian cultures. These types of designs were often printed on aloha shirts and pareaus for traditional hula dancers. We took our turtle,distressed him, as he would appear when printed on tapa cloth, and allowed him to swim allover the ocean with his many friends. This pattern is featured on men’s neckties, bandanas, phone cases, laptop sleeves, home furnishings and more.

Received these yesterday and as the sun was shining I couldn't wait to get them on! They are very comfortable. I'm a size 5 so I would order the next size up next time but they are fine. The Blue Lagoon design is vibrant and I am thrilled. I've already packed them ready for my Summer Holiday abroad. I've ordered the matching t-shirt so I can't wait for that to arrive.
