Hopkins Rose Nudibranch Luggage Tag

I photographed this colourful Hopkins Rose Nudibranch on its food, the Rosy Bryozoan, in a tidepool near my home on the coast of central California. This luggage tag makes a great gift for the scuba diver, tidepool lover, or sea slug enthusiast in your life! Nudibranchs, or sea slugs, are shell-less relatives of land snails. They're found in all oceans of the world, and come in a vast array of different forms and colours. The Hopkins Rose (Okenia rosacea) is typically found in tidepools and shallow rocky reefs in southern and central California. It gets its brilliant pink colour from a pigment in its food, Rosy Bryozoan (Integripelta bilabiata). Please contact me if you would like this image on a different product!
