Welcome to one of History's Neato-est Mugs! With a print found in a 19th century collection of color prints depicting motifs from a variety of eras and regions, located on the page entitled ‘Renaissance’. So someone circa AD 1400 had the bright idea to give a bird a human face. Soooo clever. Plus it looks kinda neato on all kinds of EVERYTHING, including mugs.
