Hunter in a Rural Landscape (Andreas Achenbach) Jigsaw Puzzle
This design features a painting by the German artist Andreas Achenbach (1815–1910), who was associated with the Romantic movement and the Düsseldorf School of art. It shows a lone huntsman stalking through a rural landscape in the countryside of Germany with his rifle. The hunter is surrounded by trees and green fields. There are a couple of small birds in the cloudy sky. The original German title of the painting was "Jäger in Landschaft", which means "Hunter in a Landscape", and it was painted by Andreas Achenbach in 1854.

My recipient loved this jigsaw, they found it a challenge at 1000 pieces, their only comment was the picture on the box was very small and made it tricky to follow as a guide. Printing as ever with Zazzle was great no issues.
