Fun fact: van Leeuwenhoek and the simple microscope he used to obtain his famous drawings of animalcules actually came after the invention of the compound microscope. Van's single-lens device was the better instrument because lens makers did not yet grasp of the principles of optics. In short: compound microscopes sucked well into the 1800s. The item was heavier than I thought, which is a good thing. A lot of t-shirts these days are made from low quality thin cotton which don't last. This is much thicker cotton that should last much longer. The print was centred perfectly. It is a good size and the colours are nice and vibrant. Exactly as the image shows.
