I loved how much I could customize the labels. There are thousands of options to choose from, almost too many, I spent way too long looking at them trying to find my favorite, but ending up going with one of the first options I saw anyway. I like that I was able to change the colors to suit my particular needs. My one complaint is the paper they were printed on. Perhaps it's written somewhere and I simply missed it, but I was expecting the glossy finish you find on most labels. I thought the matte paper made them look a bit cheap. The colors all turned out as expected, and look very nice. As stated previously, my only complaint was that they were printed on matte paper instead of a glossy paper like you find in most address labels.

The quality of the labels were fine. The image was not. I designed and looked over the preview. What I received was not what I ordered. It was not centered for one thing. The spacing between letters were not symmetrical.
