The product quality is EXCELLENT!!! i always sign cards, which i send to loved ones, "WITH SPECIAL, SPECIAL HUGZ!!! this card shows a large red heart on the front, and it says "i (large heart) hugs!!! i adore these cards and will undoubtedly re-order!!!! Looked great and was perfect for my Nana's 99th it arrived super quick so much quicker than sending the original from the other side of the world!
