There was a problem with delivery, but that was UPS problem, not Zazzle or the vendor who made the product. The product was a Christmas gift commemorating our first transatlantic cruise taking place in 2015. I have a gold pen with which I dated the ornament below the prepared text. The ornament is lovely, exactly what was expected from the picture. Well designed.
