I think the product is fine -- a little overpriced for the quality of the metal and the finishing. This option is also pretty large for a key chain "charm". It is exactly the size the description states, just be clear you want something this large and, if not, choose the smaller option. The font color I chose was too light on the background I chose. I reordered and changed font colors. I didn't ask for a refund - it wasn't zazzle's fault - the opportunity to personalize an order via the internet comes with the responsibility for the choices you select. I liked that I had the say in the font and background colors as well as the option to add a graphic of my choice (not just a stock graphic).
