I Survived - your text - just barely. The subject of survival is editable text, so you can write everything you want. On the bottom of the design will be a themed icon related with the subject: -broken heart for relationships -chainsaw for zombie related -beer for party animals -alien for the abductees -glasses for the geeks -fist for the political -ribbon for diseases (for a more serious statement) -star for everything The artwork is a group of images (i survived, just barely, themed icon) combined to make the illustration. Press the customise button and delete the ones you don't want to, or move and scale them around. Make them your own, change colours, add your words and images.
