I Vampiri: Notte a Cavalla ART PRINT Vampire Horse
The fourth in my series of paintings called "I Vampiri " (which is Italian for The Vampires) - a new line of paintings that feature vampire beauties inspired by Italian Baroque & Italian Renaissance themes and aesthetics (many of which I have been hired to create for my upcoming Vampire Tarot/Oracle Deck). This fourth painting is called "I Vampiri: Notte a Cavalla" (which words literally translate into means "Night Mare" in Italian - pun intended!) and I really enjoyed painting this one! I love horses and thought I'd incorporate one into a vampire painting, so I had to think about what sort of horse a vampiress would ride. This mysterious white/silvery beast seems to glow from within - rather unearthly! Her hooves appear to glow red as well. You can see a little horse skull in the corner of the piece, just for good measure. The Vampire herself is quite lovely, with a jewelled outfit that looks difficult to ride in. I like the design features on the website. They enable the fitting of a good quality Print to an existing frame.
This Print was of excellent quality. I would buy again.
One small gripe is that the image was not centred horizontally (about 3mm out) so needed trimming. No great hardship and may have been my fault in the setting-up.
Next time, I would choose to set the text below the picture to a smaller font.
Overall - Thank You! Looks good in its frame - Just as expected. I had a very expensive Gallery print of this before. It got damaged - hence the replacement. It compares very well.
