I Was A Part Of The Miracle On August 31, 2014! -2 T-Shirt

We wanted to do something to commemorate this miracle that occurred on August 31, 2014. The support from each and every one of you has helped so much as this new journey is beginning! So many of you posted with me through the nights and days from the call and surgery, his first heartbeat at 7:56 a.m., to the news tht we just received that his heart looks fantastic. There have been bumps and downright terrifying moments but you all have been with us whether you were there at that moment or followed later to provide your support. It all made a difference. We created this tshirt to honour your ongoing support as well as provide a fundraiser to help Zak and his overwhelmed family. Please know that 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the Children's Organ Transplant Association (COTA) in honour of Zak M. to help with transplant-related expenses. We hope you like it! It has two sides - the front says: A Heart For Zak I was part of the miracle on August 31, 2014! Proud Member of Team Zak and shows a picture of Zak as well as a beautiful new heart!
