My name is Andy Clarke. I are diver. I am 34 years old, i drive a truck for a living, i play guitar and sing in a heavy metal band, i'm married to Kerri and have 5 too many cats.
I started diving in Sept 2008 with a PADI instructor. All my training was conducted in the cold, dark water of Strangford Lough in Northern Ireland - quite an experience.
Since then i have reached the dizzy heights of PADI Rescue Diver, PADI Nitrox and TDI Advanced Nitrox & Decompression Procedures. I plan to continue my training as far as my wallet will allow, but it's funny i always seem to find cash for diving!
I created this blog as much for myself as anyone else. It is almost a glorified log book where i can keep track of my diving progression, my dives, trips and how my gear is changing as time moves on. I also tend to ramble about scuba related things that boggle my brain.
If any other divers or someone contemplating taking up the sport finds this of any use, that's great.
To be taken lightly.
