I had a bit of trouble with the interface because it looked one way in the picture but the alignment was way off on final product. Zazzle customer support is top notch and helped me create a mug with my own picture that was layed out properly. I would order again but probably ask for them to double check it. An interface that allowed 2 flat sides of mug to be designed and then show the final as a mug would be very very helpful to customers personalizing. The printing and detail and clarity were absolutely perfect!!

The mug actually exceeded my expectations. It has a very substantial feel to it and is enjoyable to use. The printing is very nice - just as expected. Since the mug is frosted glass, I knew the colors would be more subdued than the image online. Since I could add my initial, I can now keep up with my mug.
