Political prisoners? I would call this gallows humour, but I do not believe Illinois actually hangs corrupt public officials. The seal of the entirely mythical Illinois State Politicians Prison. The seal includes a nasty-looking vulture in flight along with text reading, "ILLINOIS STATE POLITICIANS PRISON" and "SIC SEMPER FURES" (thus always to thieves." Text reading, "PROPERTY OF ILLINOIS STATE POLITICIANS PRISON," appears on the top. Customise by adding your prisoner number or other text. You will also find customisable text reading, "PROPERTY OF ILLINOIS STATE POLITICIANS PRISON". You may change the orange background and the text font and colour.
