I saw these clocks and thought it couldn't be more perfect for my kitchen. I order 1. 2 arrive. I check my account and I've been charged for 2. My hearts sinks as you would expect thinking of how complicated it will be to sort this out. I contact the seller and reported the problem. Within approx 4hrs and my refund on its way and better yet because it was not my mistake I have been informed I can keep or gift the extra one. Excellent service. . As expected, very happy.
