Ruth Bader Ginsburg Elena Kagan Sonia Sotomayor Stephen Breyer Anthony Kennedy All violated the Constitution when they wrote law that vacated the states rights under the 10th amendment in their abominable gay marriage decision. Write your Representatives and demand they impeach the unlawful actors in the Supreme Court. What they did is illegal. And as such the states and their clerks of the courts can refuse to issue marriage licenses to gay applicants. Because SCOTUS broke the law! Therefore it is the fruit of the poisonous tree when they say the states have to concede to their illegal act. REFUSE to issue marriage licenses to gays and uphold the American Constitution. Clerks, you'll set a higher example than SCOTUS did! It's time to stand against the evil that hopes to turn America into the sequel of Sodom & Gomorrah. Before God follows suit.
