I bought an "IN GOD WE TRUST" hat. The First hot I got looked like it was used. Then, I was told that it was the particular style that made it look like worn. So I called Zazzle and they sent me a different one that actually looked new and in good condition. The Costumer Service was Excellent:). The quality of the hat was also Excellent. The hat was well designed, comfortable and the letters on it were well made :)
