Mom passed away a few months ago, so on 12/12 I ordered 3 ornaments for Chritsmas with her picture for myself and my 2 sisters. The ornament came out very nice and I was happy with it. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to give them as gifts to my sisters because they ddn't arrive until 2 days after Christmas on 12/27.
I would order from Zazzle again, but not something I'd want by a certain time. The words I requested came out nice, but I wish they would have been a little bit darker.

Nice, but my understanding pre-order was that the text would be double sided, which it wasn't. The text could have been clearer, and it did not come with a pouch which again I understood it would. .
