Indiana has so many requirements for the labels, including that the disclaimer statement be done in 10 pt type, that the size of the labels I'm able to make is restricted to these only. You may want to delete the words "Product Name" or some people leave it. You are to write in the product name manually or if you are purchasing sets of labels for each product you can put "Chocolate Chip Cookies" there and put the appropriate ingredients in the list, etc. Some people manually write in the ingredients as well. Allergens are not required for Indiana but if you want an allergen sticker I have several to choose from in my store. Thank you so much for your business!
