The front says بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم - In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful and إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون - 'Surely we belong to Allah and to Him shall we return' - a verse from Qur'an that is said when hearing about the death of another person. Arabic star design on dark background -you can change the white background colour by clicking on "customise it" and then "edit".
