Ivan Shishkin- Thickets

This Realism landscape masterpiece titled, Thickets is made by the famous painter, Ivan Shishkin using oil on canvas in 1881. There he painted some of his finest landscapes. His works are noteable for poetic depiction of seasons in the woods, wild nature, animals and birds. He died in 1898, in St. Petersburg, Russia, while working on his new painting.

Looked great and was perfect for my Nana's 99th it arrived super quick so much quicker than sending the original from the other side of the world!
