Japanese pattern bamboo chrysantemum CC0991 Wrapping Paper

Wrapping paper inspired by a Japanese pattern found in an old pattern book called The Practical Decorator and Ornamentist (1892). The pattern shows stylised bamboo branches and chrysanthemum flowers. The stylised chrysanthemum flower with 16 petals is a symbol of Japan and the imperial throne, the Chrysanthemum Throne. In this pattern you can se only half of the flower, so the flower looks a little bit like a sun rising over the horizon. The antique pattern is tileable, so there won't be any seams on your wrapping paper. For all friends of Japan and Japanese culture. Especially useful, for example, for shops with merchandise that relate Japan.

I really liked this product, the picture is lovely and the colours are really nice. I wanted it to up-cycle a writing bureau and I was concerned that the paper may be too thin. But it wasn't and it worked fine. On the pictures I have uploaded the print looks a bit aged and not so vivid and new looking. As I wanted an aged patina but the actual print is clearer and the colours are brighter. The colour and prints are good.
