Joseph-Étienne Roulin (by Vincent van Gogh) Notebook

This design features an image of a painting by Vincent van Gogh that shows Joseph Étienne-Roulin, who was a postman at the Arles train station in the South of France, whom the artist met when he rented a room above the nearby Café de la Gare. Both men shared similar political views and became close friends. Van Gogh painted various different paintings of Roulin and his family, but this is perhaps the most famous.
