Jules Cheret Folies Bergere postcard. Lithograph art nouveau poster circa 1890s. Jules Cheret was one of the great art nouveau poster artist. His work for turn of the century ballets, bars, and bicycles remains some of the most beloved vintage poster work from the era. This ad for the Folies-Bergere caberet music hall is one of his finest and features a pretty young redhead dancing in a flowing yellow dress. The print is red on a blue background. A beautiful gift for fans of Jules Cheret, vintage cabaret, and art nouveau posters.
