Kid Cone Ice Cream Parlour Sign Postcard

Our colourful postcard for lovers of ice cream and retro look images features a photograph of a vintage ice cream parlour advertising sign starring a cute little boy scooping ice cream from a giant ice cream cornet. The giant cone dwarfs the little blonde haired boy who is sitting on top of the ice cream. He’s licking his lips in delight as he uses a giant silver spoon to scoop the ice cream from the cornet. Our junior ice cream lover is dressed in cute red dungarees with button fastenings and bright orange shirt. He has four choices of ice cream flavours to choose from including vanilla, strawberry, mint and lemon. The original photograph of the larger than life size ice cream cone was taken in the little town of Callander, Scotland, UK, standing on the pavement outside a popular ice cream parlour. The advertising stand probably dates from the 1940s or 1950s. We added a yummy yellow background to our vintage ice cream card but you can easily change this to suit.
