Kissed By A Butterfly Vintage Chocolate Ad - Print
Vintage Label Art are paper labels that have been used since the early 1880s. They were introduced to America by European artists, and this printing process became known as lithography. This was one of the first forms of commercial art.
This vintage chocolate ad is from the country that was Czechoslovakia before WWII. The lovely women in the advertisement appear to be holding a bar of chocolate while being kissed by a huge butterfly. Perhaps it’s a thank you for a bite of the chocolate bar!
These vintage advertisements were usually printed on paper but this one looks like it has been put on a sheet of metal. I cleaned it up quite a bit but decided to leave the holes in the corners for the pure effect of making it look as old as it is.

I like the design features on the website. They enable the fitting of a good quality Print to an existing frame.
This Print was of excellent quality. I would buy again.
One small gripe is that the image was not centred horizontally (about 3mm out) so needed trimming. No great hardship and may have been my fault in the setting-up.
Next time, I would choose to set the text below the picture to a smaller font.
Overall - Thank You! Looks good in its frame - Just as expected. I had a very expensive Gallery print of this before. It got damaged - hence the replacement. It compares very well.
