If you look too quickly, you may think you're seeing the same painting as the one before! This wonderful image of kittens at teatime is one of several made by vintage pet artist Henriette Ronner-Knip (1821-1909). When Henriette Ronner-Knip first started painting, she concentrated mainly on landscapes. While she was known for her paintings in general, her speciality became the companion cat. Ultimately she dedicated almost all of her time to painting cats, which earned her the the nickname "Queen of Cat Painters.”

Gave this card to an artist friend of mine who also likes cats. It is very cute for just about any occasion-however you want to personalize it. This card looks just like it is hand painted. The card could actually be framed. It is that cute. The printing also came out very nice.

Looked great and was perfect for my Nana's 99th it arrived super quick so much quicker than sending the original from the other side of the world! My Nan loved my artwork too and the picture of us inside helped her remember who I was as she has Alzheimer's. Crisp and clear. Bright and colorful true to the original artwork I created.
