I have another mug just like this but the product quality from Zazzle surpasses the quality I have seen before. The mug is much more glossy and darker in quality when you view the image. I think the printing quality is excellent. However, I do wonder if the image could be a little bit brighter to bring out some nuances in the image. I am still happy with the overall product.
