Laughter Is The Best Medicine Gift Bag

This design is very special to me. I recently spent 2 weeks in the hospital with Ataxia. I couldn't walk and I had a lot of difficulty with my speech and swallowing. I would have these long paralysing episodes where I couldn't move or speak at all. I was still aware of what was going on around me, but I couldn't respond for long periods of time. My pappy has always said, "Laughter is the best medicine" and he would call me every day to make me laugh. I asked my family to do this every time I had one of these episodes and it helped bring me back! It also helped when the nurses and techs would come in and tell me their funny stories. A big thank you to everyone who made my experience a little easier! I created this design in honour of you!
