Didn't get the order in time so they are still in the box they came in. I emailed Zazzle to have them re-routed and I was told that since they were shipped already, there was nothing Zazzle could do. Considering that Zazzle was the company sending the package, I am pretty sure that a representative from Zazzle could have called UPS directly to have the package re-routed since they/you are the company that was sending the package. I even offered to pay the shipping cost to have it re-routed. The least Zazzle could have done was to call UPS to ask if it was possible. I didn't even get that as a courtesy for spending $230. Really great template to create the badge - easy to use, clear and plenty of options. I chose to add my own artwork, and this was pretty easy to do and make adjustments, too. Good value I think too. Especially if ordering a large number. I initially have had one made, to see the quality of the product and speed of service. I will soon be ordering over 100, as the quality was excellent - colours, sharpness, positioning of artwork - all spot-on. And my order arrived pretty quickly as well!
