I bought this shirt for my sister because is really into fitness. I bought an XL because I though it would fit similar to other athletic shirts - which are on the smaller side. However the XL was really big - it's not a fitted shirt, very relaxed - like wearing your boyfriends or husbands tee shirt. Anyway customer service was really good and sent me a smaller size. It's a little weird that you don't get to speak to someone over the phone, I had to contact them by email. But I response time was fine. I would buy from Zazzle again. Oh the quality is good, not cheap. But it wasn't super soft either. I guess it's good enough to work out in. the print came out really nice.
